His esoteric name is Yogan Kongou, he is the bosatsu who gives what ordinary people ask for. He lives in the Kannonnin temple in Taizoukai Mandala(Womb World). He has one face with eight arms. They say; if you listen to his sutra, all of your sin will be vanished; if you chant his sutra and carry it with you, you will become strong as diamond enough not to be afraid of fire, swords or poison; if you copy his sutra by hand and keep it on the wall or above your head, it will become the same status of nyorai who can purify even hell.
