He was a child of a millionaire in Castle Wealth. He was named Zenzai Douji( virtually wealthy child ) for producing various kinds of treasure when he was born. Later he met Monju-shiri Bosatsu in the castle and became his pupil. He was well trained and was given the 53 wisdom. While he was traveling all of the 53 wisdom, he met Kannon Bosatsu at the 27th, so he was worshipped as an attendant to Kannon Bosatsu. There is also a legend that Zenzai Douji collects medical plants.
