Bosatsu

Kongou Satta

Kongo Satta is another name for Fugen Bosatsu. Compared with Dainichi Noyrai of the main image of enlightenment, he let all the common people in ignorance attain the mind of enlightenment. He is as solid as a diamond. He has a pestle with five hooks (Buddhist tool) in his right hand, in front of his breast, expressing the meditation of the five Buddha, with another pestle with five hooks in his left hand nearer his waist, leading ordinary people to enlightenment.
