He has the same principal vow as Jizou Bosatsu. He vanquishes the three realms(hell realm, hungry ghost realm, animal realm). He dwells in Jogaishouin in Taizoukai Mandala(Womb World). He is joining the middle finger to the thumb of left hand, making the mudra of Yogannin.
