Bosatsu

Fukuukensaku Kannon

Also called Shikagawa( deer skin) Kannon because he is wearing a surplice made of deer skin. Manifestation of Kannon Bosatsu; saves all of the ordinary people with a rope of great benevolence. He was called Fukuu(not vanity) because he makes all the wishes of ordinary people not vanity. General ropes(for hunting) don't always catch birds and animals, however, the rope of Buddhism law never fails to catch all of the ordinary people. That is, he salvage any of the ordinary people with great benevolence and never fails. Many have three eyes and eight arms.
